I’m Randall Bowens—a lifelong athlete, strength coach, and founder of Legacy Strength Co. My path into coaching was forged on the field, training alongside college football athletes where I discovered the power of structured movement, intentional recovery, and team-driven discipline. That experience didn’t just shape my body—it shaped my purpose.
With a degree in Kinesiology from Cal State and a CSCS certification (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), I’ve spent over two decades immersed in human performance and transformation. My approach is rooted in the belief that your body is not a collection of parts—it’s a continuum. Everything is connected. That’s why at Legacy, your program isn’t just about how you train—it’s about how you sleep, recover, eat, think, and live.
